I couldnt find a Ford dealer anywhere near me to fix my Transit T-250 . I called Cochran Ford Butler and explained to them that we really needed are van for the weekend for a Big Motocross race .. they said drop it off ..4 days later all fixed up and it was under warranty ..cant thank you enough for the great service!!!!!

Bought a Raptor from another Ford dealership, got a check engine light about one month after the purchase. Took it to Butler Ford and they refused to work on the truck since it had been modified. They wouldnt even run the code for me. The truck had a cold air intake and a previously removed light bar, where they cited cut wires which made it modified. Apparently, they dont know that Raptors come from the factory with AUX wires already wired and capped. The truck was still under warranty. I told them they were legally not allowed to refuse to check the engine code since it was under warranty. They still refused. The service team was polite in explaining that management refused to work on modified vehicles. When I spoke to management they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I took the truck back to the Ford dealership where I bought it, they ran the code and replaced a bad boost sensor. Ill avoid anything at this dealership now and in the future. Disappointing.
