Payal Shah is the #1 physical therapist that I have ever worked with. She approaches people from a comprehensive and full body standpoint. I attribute Payal to being part of the team that saved my life, body, and career. I deal with moderate nerve damage in my arm/neck and Payal took the time to pinpoint what muscles were in dysfunction that were contributing to my issues. She did not brush off my concerns and also knew where to be firm in my recovery. If you have neck/back/jaw/shoulder/headaches/postural issues I deeply recommend that you give Payal a shot and have her be part of your rehab journey. She has also taken additional training in Active Release Technique (ART) which many other physical therapists do not have; which gives her advanced skills to be able to manipulate the areas that need it most.
