This was my 1st experience with Innovative Medical Associates & upon checking in with the receptionist to seeing Dr. Yacono was an enjoyable warm inviting environment. I felt my concerns & goals were listened to as I explained what I was looking for & I am very happy with my results. Im somewhat new to aesthetic medicine & was nervous but she put my mind at ease & felt like I made an instant friend & she did her magic. I 100% picked the right place & I will be a returning customer. Thank you

I haven't been here in a bit, but plan on making an appointment again soon! But I must say, I drive about an hour to and from just to go here, they have given me the best experience out of anywhere I have ever been to for botox/dysport. Dr. Kelli is super transparent, careful, and overall fantastic! I've never left this practice unhappy, and i'm sure I never will as long as they keep up the work they have shown in the past. I could not recommend them more :)

They are the best! My treatments last a long time (more than double than the place i previously went to), pricing is competitive, the staff are all so nice- I recommend!

Receptionist was very rude and dismissive on the phone today and the last treatment I purchased did not last longer than a month or two. There are much better local options for the price!

I just had my 73 year-old eyebrows nano blade at IMA&A in their classy new digs in Malvern. I am beyond excited. Katie Mc Guire, my aesthetician, is so much more than a clinician. Her art background undoubtedly helps her to create elegant brows from absolutely nothing. My 5 eyebrow hairs did not give Katie a lot to work with, but incredibly she crafted the most natural looking eyebrows imaginable. The blading produces the effect of actual hairs and combined with her expertise I now have natural looking eyebrows that are awesome.
