Possibly the easiest experience I've ever had! Walking into the waiting room there aren't any employees but there is a kiosk to check in. Social distance was perfect, everything is spaced out. I would suggest making appointments over the phone rather than online. I was here for a drug screening for employment and found out over the phone that they only do them during certain hours of the day, not the entirety that they are open. Each type of test is open for certain hours of the day, so I don't recommend just walking in. There was only one nurse on duty that I saw so I'm assuming that's why. Overall quick and easy experience! I was out of there within 10 minutes including my wait time.

I was very displeased with this location. I came in early so that I could be the first one in. This location opens at 7am and is located in clos proximity to my home. Upon arrival at 6:50 am I waited in the lobby. The technician was running a few mins late. I actually witnessed her pull up at 7:02am. She opened the door around 7:05 there was no one else there but my self and she never acknowledged me. Moving forward to the more important part she went in the back and didn't come back out until she heard the door open again a gentleman came in and she took him to the back, still not acknowledging me. Upon completing this client she never came back out until the door opened again by this time it is 7:11 am and an older gentleman came in. I asked her was she going to acknowledge me she said well your a walk in and I have appointments. I advised her that I drank a lot of water and need to release it but I was taking a urine test. Now, the older gentleman steps in and advises his appointment isn't until 7:15 and if all I had to do was a urine test he has no issues with me going in front of him. *** Both gentlemen where very nice Caucasian men, I am a African American woman. ** I will be putting in a complaint with management.

Terrible service. An Ad in the waiting room plays on loop saying how fast and convenient they are. Ive been waiting for over an hour to pee in a cup, send me your billing information so I can pay for my bladder infection.

Place is closed down. Also the location in Springfield, Pa on Baltimore Pike. Quest it is beyond disappointing that you dont accurately list your closed locations. Instead you have people traveling to these locations for no reason. Which unfortunately I attempted to go to both locations today!
