The receptionist didnt want to give me appointment for a consultation for a small keloid, when I have more than enough cash because they dont take my insurance. I told her Im paying myself, because I already knew that The receptionist was not helpful and i was denied services for a consultation. This the only practice that wont let you pay out of pocket expenses

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kara Capriotti. Dr.Kara Capriotti was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
Kudos to the staff as well. It is a very busy office, yet the staff is attentive, helpful, patient, and cheerful.
Thanks very much for a positive experience.

Been a patient for years and can attest to the superior service, knowledge & performance of the physicians, especially Dr Carla Capriotti MD.
In addition, I find the staff helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.

Front desk staff is incompetent, condescending and inpatient. Doctors less than average with a zero percent cure rate of symptoms that I have brought to them. Overall, any positive aspects of the practice are overshadowed by brutal customer service via phone and in service.
