After receiving several estimates from different companies we decided to go with Karalis because they gave us the most attention and provided the best quote. The work involved: complete HVAC replacement, gas line installation in the house, replacement of water heater with tankless one, and fireplace gas conversion. This was a huge project which Karalis technicians carried out with utmost care, professionalism, and skill. We cannot be happier how everything turned out. The work was quick, damage free to the house, and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned local business. I would wholly recommend Karalis to anyone looking to replace their HVAC, water heater, or any kind of plumbing.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly and it is not that old. After calling, it was fixed within 3 hours. From the beginning until the end, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They were on time from the estimated timeframe. Paul was kind and explained the issue in terms I would understand since I am not in the HVAC business. The cost was also affordable and reasonable.
