This physician's reviews were wonderful but reality was completely different. On my first appointment today, I asked for the doctor to keep the door open because I felt more comfortable that way. He asked if this request was for a religious reason and I said "yes". He then denied seeing me and said that I should find a different doctor because that won't work for him. I said a nurse or an medical assistant can be present and I could bring along my daughter, in the future, and in that case, he can close the door. He still said that he is not the right doctor for me and that I should leave. He escorted me out and asked the receptionist to refund my copay. I never experienced such a prejudice behavior, especially from a medical physician. I was rejected and made feel uncomfortable due solely for my request to keep the door open.

Hi Joseph Labricciosa, I had very bad experience with your receptionist Amanda, she was rude, unfriendly and very mean, I felt like she's underestimating me, because being a new customer, and having a insurance company, that she does not heard of. Lots of my family members, are seeing you, I was going to discuss this while in your office, because I ask her,, (this is how you treating your new customers) your staff members called back and canceled my appointment visit. She hang up the phone on me, and did not want to even know what happened. Even though I very well know, you are the best specialist around, this is unexceptional.
