Its an absolute shame that I have to use this platform in order to be noticed by PWS. Let me start by saying that our water system from this company is paid for, we have no issues with the system at all. However, our basement flooded. We had to get a new water heater and the city came to inspect. Turns out PWS didnt get permit from the city before they installed the water system in our house. We were told that the company would have this done and seeing as we thought they were professionals and therefore reputable we didnt have cause to worry. Well, 4 years later and we still dont have the permit !! I have been calling for weeks! Spoke to Linda and Mason who both promised that someone from the company would reach out. I am still waiting !!

They have a policy requiring both spouses to be present for the testing and sales presentation. This is the first home improvement project that a contractor has ever needed to speak with my spouse. The woman said it was policy to avoid people having to check with their spouse and because the company decided to cover a large service area. Well, this policy just cost you a pretty easy sale. Get a smaller service area or charge an estimate fee. Don't complain about free estimates and waste people's time. Edit after owner reply: I am troubled to see you'd willingly lose a potential sale over a policy like this. Best of luck to you though. There's plenty of competition that will not need to speak to my spouse. Somebody is getting my money for a water softener. It won't be this company because of their own policies. I like to pay companies who work with and for me, not companies that make my life harder.

I was told by a plumber I had copper pipes that were thinning and needed some type of filtration system installed soon. I obtained a free water test from the local BJ's store. Professional water services contacted me and then scheduled a day to come out and complete a more extensive test. After seeing the results I made the decision to have the water treatment system installed. THE NEXT DAY, they showed up with the equipment, installed the system and had it working with no problems. Then they actually took the time to explain to me how the system worked, answered any of my questions and made certain I was educated about the system. I highly recommend this company for your needs if you have water issues, ever since the system was installed (and about 1 week after for the hot water due to the existing untreated water in the tank), my water taste like bottled spring water (meaning it has no chemical or mineral taste), I use less soap doing dishes and laundry, my clothes are softer, my coffee water now comes straight from the tap and not through a Brita Filter, and several other benefits like cleaner toilets (no orange film anymore that I have to clean.) Thank you so much Professional Water Services Team. To the owner of this company I say this, "You have a team of professionals and experts working for you. Be very proud and be grateful to them for how they represent your company."

This company hires people to solicit homes in the middle of the day with a free water sample. When you ask if they are with the local water authority they dodge the question. Not to mention they trespass by pulling their car all the way in your private driveway. I sent the solicitor away refusing the water test and they called me the following week to tell me the results were positive. I NEVER GAVE A WATER SAMPLE OR my personal info. Do not engage with this company they build their business on slimey sales and soliciting people who dont know any better.
