        Reserved a hand truck when I booked my truck rental online. Hand truck was not available at this location and had to go out of my way to get the hand truck from another uhaul location, which added miles to my truck rental. What's the point of reserving equipment if it's not going to be available at the location requested for pick up?

        We made a reservation for a van, couldn't have been more simple. Van was clean, the move went well and returning it was just as easy. Would definitely use their services again.
