        Smallest arrangement Ive ever received for 85.00. I ordered my flowers online and it was received and put together from Finks. How disappointing and embarrassing it was when I saw them. From the image online to the final product, it was a disgrace. I could have went to the grocery store and bought the same flowers and put them in a vase for a lot less than what I paid. What I received what the size of a small not a large. Watch out if youre ordering online. Images attached what I thoughts I would get and what I received.

      Hi Samantha, I am sorry for your disappointment in the arrangement you ordered thru a call center service and not directly from our flower shop. Your wire service order was filled to the value they had given us. Which was an arrangement with a special upgraded mosaic vase and a live succulent plant included with the fresh flowers. I try to tell customers to order directly from a brick and mortar store rather than a call center that often appears online like a real flower shop. These businesses fish the orders out to real florists to make and deliver. The amount alotted to us for this order was less than $85. These call centers charge a convenience fee for taking the order in a warehouse, not a physical flower shop. We have been in business since 1956 and strive to offer beautiful arrangements, prompt delivery and great customer service. Please check a florist website before ordering and make sure they have a physical store address, this will save you from the middle man charges. I only wished you called our shop to discuss your concerns before giving us a 1 star review. Our website is finkflowers.com, we don't charge any fees for taking an order.
