        I have had a disgraceful experience with this company. They wanted and I agreed to $500 for work to be done cleaning under and on our residential solar panels. Upon immediately coming home after their "work" had been complete I noticed that panels were at best 60% cleaned. When contacting the company to amicably resolve the situation I was told I was lying about the photos provided that the mess the workers left behind. To make matters worse, I was then engaged by the franchisee who was even more argumentative and never had any interest in resolving the issue and just wanted to be right. I stand by this review and if you have to opportunity to use a different contractor for your solar panel needs I suggest you look elsewhere.

      Just to be clear, you are refusing to pay your bill and trash us on social media because the pine needles that were on your panels were thrown on your yard full of pine needles? Per your attached pictures did you expect we were going to clean your entire yard of pine needles when we were there to wash your solar panels? We will be filing our standard "theft of services" claim to collect payment for services rendered as we did exactly what we agreed to do for you and we have plenty of documented photos as proof.
