Other realtors we had spoken to and dealt with BEFORE MIKE Pohlot were very negative overall concerning selling our house. A million reasons from bad economy to our area being a slow selling area. Those reasons mean nothing to most sellers. After we were referred to Mike things began to work and go smoothly. Our house was contingent in less than 3 months. I believe due to Mike's expertise and willingness to help his clients , is THE reason the sale went through. Mike was always available for our questions and/ or concerns no matter how big or small. Lori Ritchey (Office Administrator) was a great help also. We had some problems with moving because we were inexperienced with the entire process and Lori gave suggestions and offered help if we needed it. After Lori helped the move went 100% smoothly. Didn't expect our whole selling process to go so well and smoothly. Thanks to Mike and Lori the entire process from start to finish was way beyond our expectations.

Mike did a great job working with us to sell a house, that was left sitting, due to our father and uncle, passing. It seemed like the house was never going to get sold when I looked into what needed done 2 years ago and got blown off by multiple attorneys, but Mike got me connected with the right real estate lawyer that was able to raise the estates for us and get the process rolling, and within 5 weeks the process was done, and we closed on the sale. Now someone else will be able to enjoy the beautifully constructed house that was built at the turn of the 20th century. Thanks again, Mike for your hard work in saving a gem from eventually being succumbed to the city's excavator.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! CJ and Jalen are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and choose another realty team. *In response to their reply: This simply isnt factual Leading people to believe mediation is common practice is in itself unprofessional. And there was no backing out at the last minute. Youll type an apology here but I didnt hear one when you called my father threatening him over this very review. Theres a reason other agents in the area avoid your listings (sadly I learned this after the fact). My family is just another casualty to your greed.
