        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I called to make an appointment, left 2 messages over several days ... no response. When I did get through to a person, she was rude and gave me a hard time and eventually hung up on me. I guess I should have read the reviews for this office before I wasted my time calling. Most of the reviews that I have found are very negative because of their poor customer service. The therapists might be very good, but unfortunately their intake department and receptionists push patients away.

        Just calling to schedule an appointment was a horrible experience. The intake specialist was constantly talking over me and refusing to answer questions about the services provided. I haven't experienced a medical office with such a lack of professionalism before. It was shocking.
