        I moved into my new townhome at the end of September. My Sales Manager Jessica was helpful, patient and very kind. The whole experience was positive. I love living here. I feel safe and love the neighborhood!

        Hastings Community is so great! everyone in this community is so friendly, We are happy that we have selected Hastings by Charter Homes to build our new home. I would like to mention Jessica Homa the sales manager. She was so helpful during the process and she was giving full attention to our needs and understand and she worked with us to make our dream a reality . Also, Braden Pahanish our Builder Manager was super cool person and he was there whenever we had queries and help needed. Kudos to charter home team for their exceptional support and professionalism in their work.

        Nice and quite fresh community! The construction is still in progress so houses on the developing edges may face a tad more noise and dust. Other than that this is among the nicest new constructions we found around Pittsburgh.
