Brentwood location I need a manager or corporate to reach out to me bc this was ridiculous how Ive been not only was I In the bank longer than intended but Jaylen found everything funny I will be back to close my account sense there isnt a manager on the weekends and no one could do anything there without management is crazy I gave this man $9,982 in cash and this man said he could give me a blank cashiers check and then when I asked for my money back he tried saying he could give me back the cash I just handed him asking me more than once after I asked 3 times if he could return my cash he then deposited it into my account then tell me I have to wait for him to give em a large amount back like I didnt just give him cash they are telling me they cant locate proof of the last $9,000 I gave them a year or two ago so I was in the bank for a hut trying to find this cashiers check when all I wanted to do is buy another car this man James counting my money like I stole it and then not trying to give me back the cash I just out in this mans hands is crazy but the fact that no one manager was there is wild

Remarkable credit union with very helpful staff members and customer friendly policies on checking and savings accounts. I joined in person and was very impressed.
