One day, without warning, I had no water and needed to become instantly proficient on my water well system I took for granted, as we all just do. I called many companies, most of whom were just referral companies. The first company who could come out, did so. They did 20 min of diagnostics, gave me a proposal to replace the well pump and charged me $49.50 for the estimate. They could not replace the well until Monday; it was Friday at 4:00 PM. (Who wants to be without water for 3 days?) I received another call back from the wife of the F L Bollinger & Son. She understood my problem and had her husband at my home under an hour which was Friday at 5:00 in the evening. Logan Bollinger performed two hours of diagnostics for free. To eliminate the costly expense to replace the well water pump, he ruled out other possible problems even though he knew the 27 year old pump was likely the source. He inspected a control box which the other contractor did not even locate. He inspected all wires. Unfortunately, I did need my well pump replaced and he and his associate were able to come out Saturday morning at 8:30. They arrived on time and performed all work as proposed. Their cost was very much in line with the other proposal I received. He is quite proficient as servicing water wells and pumps is all his company does. He and his worker were also courteous and neat.
