    Everybody at the front desk, and the technician that did my dexa scan were very professional and extremely friendly. I live about an hour away yet I choose Blue Bell because of the customer service. I could go a lot closer to me but the girls and staff in the office are top notch.

    I came for my ultrasound today. The staff on the front desk was very friendly. Brenda checked me in, she was very nice. It was a pleasure talking with her. The ultrasound room was warm, bright, and clean. I had an amazing experience with a sonographer, Alla R. She was very nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable during our procedure. I wish all radiology centers were the same as this one.

    Turned me away for being late due to traffic. Literally empty waiting room and no available appointments for the rest of the year. I dont have other options due to my insurance. Literally no sympathy and I wouldnt even want to see this doctor any more if I had a choice.

    I had a poor experience at Jeff's E. Norriton facility but since my Dr. is affiliated with Jeff, I thought I would give the Blue Bell facility a chance. HUGE MISTAKE! It has been 3 days and my x-ray has still not been read. This is inexcusable and unacceptable as every other imaging facility in the area promises a report within 24 hrs. My wife has an MRI at Main Line Health and the report was issued in 3 hours! I gave Jeff a second chance and they blew it. I would recommend going anywhere else for any imaging needs. Really, really bad. Would give zero stars if I could. Update: Still no report. Sad and amazing! Update 2: They responded to my review asking for second chance, but guess what?.? STILL NO REPORT!
