Highly professional, friendly, reliable and will answer all your questions or will get back to you ASAP. I feel so at ease that they are helping us maximize our financial decisions. Working with JSO Partners has been a wonderful and very productive experience. After trying to manage my finances independently through robo-advisors, books, and Youtube videos, I was overwhelmed with all the conflicting, over-generalized, non-tailored plans and advice I was getting. I ultimately chose JSO Partners because I wanted to work with skilled and experienced advisors and also have easy access to them. Since then, my financial journey has significantly improved. They not only fixed pretty big financial errors of mine (they caught a sizable amount of money that was sitting passively in the money market that was incurring fees from Vanguard and Carolyn helped me invest it), but they created a very detailed, understandable, step-by-step plan at EACH meeting. They are fantastic about follow-up, so I dont find myself falling through the cracks. I highly recommend JSO Partners if you are looking for fair, highly tailored, and very accountable financial advisors. I have constantly left each meeting well informed and very sure that I was getting the best financial advice.
