I’m very analytical and picky when it comes to good service and professionalism and working with Monarch has been as good as it gets in this industry. They are friendly, helpful and really do care about their clients - at least here in the Blue Bell office. Getting through the process of finding a job, getting an interview and getting an offer is so smooth, and couldn’t be done better. I’m very happy I chose them as my staffing company.

The staff at Monarch Staffing helped me get a new job after I was laid off due to Covid-19. I worked with 3 different agents, all of which took time to learn about me, my interests/expertise, and what I was looking for in my next job. Within just a week or two I had several interviews and shortly after I already had a new job. The staff at Monarch has been great at checking in on me to make sure my new position is going well. I would highly recommend their service.

I applied for a job they had listed back in November 2019. I received a call from a woman concerning the job I had applied for. She asked could I come into their office for an interview; after explaining to her I was taking public transportation and being informed they were near Plymouth Meeting mall (an easy bus stop to get to) I agreed to meet with her. Upon arriving at Plymouth Meeting mall I did not see the street they were located on, so naturally I called their office to get directions. The lady I got on the phone did not know how to give directions to get me to the office. Amazing. I was placed on hold and an employee named "Andrew" got on and told me they were on the other side of an office park that was near Plymouth Meeting mall. This office park was across the street from the mall. I began walking through the office park; it took about twenty minutes and it was freezing cold outside. During this time Andrew sent me Google directions. After reaching the other side of the office park I saw that there was literally no sidewalk to walk on in some places. Not only that but it was still quite far away. I called the office and told them that it was not safe for me to be walking on a busy roadway, with no sidewalk, in the freezing cold. I was also upset because nobody had told me it would be so far from Plymouth Meeting Mall. Remember, I was originally told it was right next to the mall. After going back and forth a few times it was agreed that I could do the interview over the phone. I was sent some extensive tests to complete online; which I grudgingly completed. After the interview I got a call from Andrew about another job which I had not even applied for. The one I originally applied for was never offered to me; or even mentioned again for that matter. I was scheduled to interview with a company in Conshohocken instead. I agreed to go to the interview. Finally the interview date arrives and I commuted out to the office; interviewed with two managers who said they liked me. As soon as I got out of the interview I got back in touch with Andrew who said that Monarch would follow-up with the company to see what they thought about me. Afterwards he said Monarch would reach out to me ASAP to let me know their decision. Andrew contacted me later and reinforced what I was told by the office managers. Fast forward two months later and the only concrete information I have gotten concerning the position was a result of an e-mail I sent to the manager (she gave me her card during the interview) personally. She said that she was interested in moving forward and would I like to accept. I told her yes, notified MONARCH STAFFING; and ever since I notified MONARCH everything grinded to a halt. Its as if MONARCH is delaying everything themselves. I spoke with a lady who I believe was the office manager and rather than being upset at the fact that I have been waiting nearly two months for the green light from Monarch. She is more upset over the fact that I took things into my own hands and contacted the company on my own! In fact, like I mentioned earlier if I had not contacted the company manager on my own I would never have known they were interested in moving forward because MONARCH STAFFING was not pushing the issue! They were content with giving me excuses and not doing their jobs! Mind you I spent money going to this interview, money to go to their office; which was nearly inaccessible! And I also have been going back and forth with this office for almost two months after they ran me through all of their tests and such! The office manager at Blue Bell got upset because I was tired of hearing their excuses and her projecting blame for something they refused to handle correctly! I told them why did the company respond to me and NOT Monarch if they were supposedly following up with her as much as they claimed? In the end the catty office manager actually stood in the way of the hiring process, sending me a passive aggressive e-mail, after I had already been told by the company they would like to hire me. STAY AWAY!

The recruiter and all the staff are extremely professional and helpful. They truly advocate on your behalf to find you employment and the best fit! I worked with the Monarch staff for literally a week and was employed by the end of it!
