I spend $10,000 to pay into this franchise in 2019. I was giving one contract that paid out ONLY... $125 monthly and was only offered one other job for the same price. I had to go out on my own and get work. I was unable to get my money back.

The staff and franchise owners work hard. Management, however, is a mess. The General Manager is so focused on selling franchises to ensure she increases her bottom line setting the team up for failure. Sales and operations are so overwhelmed they can barely keep up with current customer and franchise issues let alone new franchise owners. When customers call with issues it is 50-50 whether or not the customer will receive a call back by end of day. Operations does their best to keep up but, again, they are overloaded with work which makes it difficult to stay on top of things. The General Manager is aware and either fixes the issue directly or puts it on the admin, who is treated like her personal servant. This means the admin is underpaid to do work that is expected of others. The General Manager is fully aware yet continues this behavior because it gives her a sense of superiority. In my opinion she enjoys belittling others to make herself more important. She will sound cheerful on the phone only to make faces at you on the other end...saw it more times than I care to admit. Office procedures implemented during covid19 were violated daily while the General Manager turned a blind eye. HR was made aware and took no action. I reached out to the CEO to share my concerns too. Nothing. You would think the owner would want to know about poor management and policies. I guess they all think it is perfectly ok to leave one person in the office to do everything, keep poor employees on payroll and ignore the warnings provided by former staff. Who cares! It is easier to turn a blind eye than train a qualified manager or deal with interoffice relationships that negatively impact the company. Coming from someone who loved the company, I quickly learned how bad management can be. No confidentiality because it is a constant game of phone tag...you call one person who will call someone else who will call the VP of Operations who then calls GM to give her a heads up and cover it up. Saw it a few times while there. Be careful and trust no one. If you are interested in your own franchise Coverall is a good place to start but be warned--if the General Manager does not like you Coverall will not be able to sell you a franchise because Coverall, not the GM, chooses who to sell to and not. Read that again. When in doubt ask about retention and turn over. It is eye opening. I sincerely hope management amd the CEO takes it seriously before the company suffers.

I have been a franchise owner for almost 20 years, I have been working with so many managers at the Philadelphias office and I thought the last one was the best one so far but just this Friday I found out from my customer that they are having new cleaning service. Than call coveralls current manager to discuss the issue cause they never told me they lost the contract, and she was nasty and told me that they dont have to even give me more accounts cause they have to fill their new franchise owners packages .they dont value their franchise owner all they care is to make money. Im about to file complaints at BBB and hopefully they can do a little bit better in the future.
