Mid-Atlantic Remodeling LLC

This company took my deposit and didn't do anything for 4 months. After countless phone calls and emails, they finally came out and only do demolition which took a week. Raised the cost after signed agreement, because Jason didn't write down what we wanted for our laundry room. Always have excuses for every delay. We ended up canceling the contract, refunded the rest minus the demolition. It was the most painful experience. Save your family the headache and do not use this company.

I've had 3 projects with Mid Atlantic and I've yet to be disappointed with the final results. Total proffesional attitude, work ethic, attention to detail and most importantly, superior customer service. They truly work hard at making you feel like a valued customer.

They didnt do any work on time as promised and delayed the project at every step!! Moreover their management never tried to be responsible for their delays , the construction manager never showed up but when it comes take the money they were very prompt!!!!! And told us that there is no penalty for the delay !!! Worst customer service!!!!!Will never recommend this company to anyone!! Service: Remodeling
