Coming from a property management background I know how quickly customer service can decline after a lease is signed. Not here. I continue to be surprised by the quality of customer service.         Blue Bell Villas has been our home since October 2023. I have loved living in this apartment and I am in love with the space and the area. Rather than having to see my walls when I work remotely, I get to enjoy the scenic view and the wildlife outside. The leasing office team are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The maintenance guys are also great help and good at their jobs. When my heater broke down and could not be fixed on the same day, you were kind enough to provide us with the keys to another apartment. A big shout out to the whole team! Thank you for the small get togethers you organize. It's a nice way to socialize and make some new friends. My kids just love and enjoy the hot chocolate almost everyday. Keep up the great work!

        My boyfriend, roommate, and I moved in last May. We are excited to call Blue Bell Villas our home for at least another year! The maintenance team is the bestany issue is addressed quickly with no hassle. The grounds are well maintained, and the ladies at the leasing office are phenomenal! There are many events that happen and cute, seasonal goodies like the Valentines Day gift bag I received today. I would recommend anyone moving to the area to check our Blue Bell VillasIm definitely happy my family did.
