Mt Hope Wine Gallery

The mount hope winery was very cute. They had a broad wine selection and the staff were friendly. There is a large gift shop here as well. There are no food options available in the winery portion and on the Saturday we went the Brewery above was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. I am hoping to return when both locations are open. We did end up buying a few bottles of wine to enjoy.

I love the wine from here One thing that would make it even better is if the wine was organic..I would absolutely purchase this wine more often if they offered organic wine as well

We stop here every time we are in the area. Did not do any tasting today as we were in a hurry. I was buying wine for gifts and the staff could not have been more helpful. Its always a pleasure coming here and they are very knowledgeable about the wines. Bought some ciders this time also.

I tried a flight of chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, and blackberry merlot. The chardonnay was incredible sweet and tasted like apple juice. The cab sauv was so sweet, I thought it was the blackberry merlot at first. The blackberry merlot tasted like sweet cough syrup. I wasnt able to finish any of my pours, and the few sips I had of each were too much. This was some of the worst wine Ive ever had .
