        As customers, we have a tendency to post bad reviews, that said it is super important to post the good experiences as well. Purchased our hot tub from Willow Park earlier this year, great experience with everything but as luck had it our unit had a leak. Mark and team timely took care of the issue, performed inspection and due diligence, and we had the hot tub replaced in about 6 weeks time. To be completely honest, I was very surprised how quickly they were able to get us a new hot tub given what I had read online from customers in other states. Thank you Mark and team, we appreciate you. Highly recommend without any reservations. Julian

        Unbelievably rude customer service. Store manager/owner said I should learn how research pool maintenance on my own. What a jerk. Needless to say, Ill add it to the list of businesses I dont care about.
