We have used Novak many times over the years. They are very loyal to their customers--my mom was 94 years old, and all through her elderly years, Novak took care of all repairs that we asked for, even small ones. Their work is top notch, and their honesty beyond reproach--with excellent communication throughout all projects. Novak also built a 2-car garage for my mom, and that was excellent work as well. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I contracted them over a year ago to remove and install a new roof and gutters. They sold me hopes and dreams regarding their warranties and workmanship but as soon as they were paid in full (before all the work was completed correctly) they simply will not return to complete the job. I even had to have someone else do the gutter installation for me. I have 14 pages of emails containing photos to documents our correspondence regarding the workmanship and clear visible defects in the roof which they have acknowledged but have yet to repair. From the two individuals who put their feet through my BRAND NEW CEILING IN TWO SEPERATE ROOMS to the flat roof in the back of my home that has several waves and wrinkles in it, this has been one of the most disheartening renovation experiences EVER! Im very pleased with the service and integrity of the Novak company. From Sandy, who was very helpful and honest with me as to the possibility of a delay due to availability. It turned out the shingles I picked were in stock and within 3 weeks of contact I had my beautiful new roof.
