Sara was hired to create a rent to own style agreement between two parties, a VERY simple transaction.   All of the terms of the agreement were given to her in writing and both parties went to her office for a meeting where she was apprised of everything that both parties had agreed upon, and she disregarded virtually all of it.   Sara produced a document of agreement, a six page document, which took her about 4 weeks to produce for some reason.  The draft had so many errors it was unconscionable how anyone could be so careless.  Sara got the physical address of the property wrong (in a real estate transaction) and she got the mailing addresses wrong, even after we explicitly went over them for what might have been a solid five minutes.   She got the dates of the contract wrong in at least three places.  The article numbering jumped from 12 to 17 -how can anyone not even be bothered to proofread something like that?   She added stipulations which were not discussed previously nor acceptable and in doing so she created an unusable document.  It is my sincere belief that she is dishonest and wastes billable time so as to generate a superfluously exorbitant bill.   Use at your own peril.
