I purchased an order online (part of it was delivery and a few items were curbside pickup). They give you 3 days to pick up the items and I was so busy I forgot. They returned the items. That I understand. I decided to go to the store to purchase the items in person. I searched every item and couldnt find the lavender table cloths that I was looking for and just a few days prior were available. I asked for help and they told me they didnt have them. I explained that a few days prior they had those exact table cloths ready for pickup and I had just failed to pick them up. They insisted they didnt have them even though online it said they had 23 in store. I left and placed an order through party citys website. Went to the grocery store and about a half hour later, they had my order ready with the lavender table cloths they said they didnt have. Went to the curbside pickup spot, and I clicked on the link in the email to indicate I was there and let then know what car I was in. I waited 12 minutes, and called the store. They said the system doesnt notify them when someone is there. Why would you enable a program you had no intention of using and let your customers wait endlessly???
