For those of you who don't know, Mofongo is made with fried green plantains mashed together with chicharrones (crispy pork skin) and fresh garlic.
I ordered Chicken Empanadas and Roasted Pork Mofongo. The Empanadas were some of the best I've ever had, and even though I'm not a huge fan of plantains, the Mofongo was enjoyable. It was moist and seasoned very well.
Our waitress was nice and the owner Michael was super welcoming.
Pickup and delivery are both available.
