I told these people when I started that therapy is not helpful to me, it is in fact extremely hurtful. They kept pushing for it anyway saying I can't get medication without therapy. Now I wish my father was alive so I could beat him to death, given up on religion, and I resent my elderly mother. Does that sound like therapy to you? When I refused to continue my "therapist" told me we can just talk about my dog for an hour, but we need to do therapy..... which means therapy is NOT NECESSARY. To them my appointment is just a paycheck. I stopped taking meds because I can't possibly keep bringing up my awful past for no reason. The "psychiatrist" never met me in person or spoke with me for more than 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT HOW PEOPLE GET BETTER. I've been a guinea pig for countless years dealing with several terrible doctors and therapists, trying 20 different medications and the doctors don't even listen when I say they aren't working or are having way worse side effects. Get your MMJ card and stop believing these people are here to help you. They're here to make money. I've had way better results with drug dealers than the American medical system. And honestly those drug dealers deserve my money more than this BS system the government tells you to follow....because guess what, the government doesn't care about you either.
