Silver Crest Insurance, in particular Alexis Newell, went far beyond the level of customer service I was expecting. I received an invoice from an ambulance company for service I did not request and which I refused. I contacted Silver Crest Insurance and spoke with Alexis explaining the circumstances. She contacted the ambulance company, explained the circumstances and was able to have them cancel the invoice. I very much appreciate the extra effort she expended to provide superior service. She is easy to work with and as evident by her actions, has the customer's best interests in mind.

I was so glad and thankful to have Silver Crest Insurance assist in finding the right Medicare plans for me. So complex, with so many options, their expertise and knowledge were invaluable. Deanna was professional and personable throughout our interactions. Offering alternatives, answering all of my questions, handling the enrollment . . . she surely eased my anxieties and turned my Medicare search into a pleasurable experience. Great company, highly recommend!
