Im not sure what to think now. I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow with this agency for tomorrow and have tried calling the last 2 days to confirm and nobody answers the phone. Ill be surprised if they do show up but I dont feel like this agency is going to work out if this is how they operate.

I contacted this agency for an aide for my elderly mother and requested a meet and greet prior to switching agencies. After answering some questions, they said there was an aide available. I asked how much experience the aide said...their response: "a lot". I asked again, how many years....after some whispering back and forth with another employee, they said "8 years"....it seemed like they pulled that number out of thin air. Ok...so I booked an appt to meet the aide and the agency rep with the understanding that I would not be signing the transfer papers until I met with them. Meeting day came...no show, no call. I tried calling them to see what happened....no answer, so I left a message. No return call. 2 days later, I finally spoke to someone (same woman in the background that said "8 years"). I told her of the missed appt, and she responded "I don't know anything about that" and hung up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! If this is the way the office is run, I can only imaging the quality of aides they're sending out!
