Lower than one star, at least 5 hours for unloading, truckers avoid to coming this place ever

Shipping/Receiving Door is after dock #4. There is no signs indicating it is shipping and receiving. I opened the wrong door. Some angry bald guy with glasses approached me, yelling I'm in the wrong place. Took my Bill of Lading and told me to go back in a door while walking away. Customer service one star or less.
Unloading fast. Also, disconnect your airlines after you slide your Tandems and back into dock. No instructions will be given, or maybe this employee was having a bad day. Who knows. Bad Customer service over shadows all the good work.
