Where to start...First, I have to say Scott & Hector take pride in their work and they worked tirelessly to get my 2017 Nissan Rogue looking BETTER than new! Yes, even after getting there to pickup my vehicle they STILL kept polishing her up even though I thought she looked AMAZING already! My passenger side front seat had general stains from spilled coffee throughout the last 5 years (shame on me) and not only did they get those stains out but I can't even find or tell where they were originally. Honestly though, my favorite part was when Scott opened the hood and the engine looked freaking brand new! What a fantastic job these gentlemen did! And the pice de rsistance was that I started Uber today (12/29) and although its been nearly 3 weeks since the detailing was done, my third rider commented how amazingly well I took care of my car. So I shared a little secret with her and told her about the AWESOME detailing job Scott & Hector did a few weeks ago and gave her the recommendation to go to Steel City Detailing aka Lehigh Valley Detailing and get hers done pronto! Great job guys! oh, and before I forget, Scott has generously given up some of his free time today to do a touch up so that my passengers can continue to have an A+++ experience riding in my vehicle! Had an appointment, confirmed the appointment. Showed up on the day of and the business was closed and the door locked, no one answered the phone. No services were performed so I can't comment on that but definitely frustrated in the management. Edit: Several attempts were made to reach out by phone, I did not see a way to message through the app. I am truly sorry about your puppy and understand it can be chaotic to manage a business during a tragedy like that. But I did try to reach out before leaving a poor review and the only way I heard back was from leaving a poor review, you could have messaged me directly as well my contact information was in the appointment confirmation.
