The positive reviews are a sham. Hired this firm for Giarimetta and he gave case to Richard but said he would help him. He didnt! That was the first lie and more followed. Richard took 2k for a Preliminary Hearing then avoided discussing the case and played sick just to do such. Came to Court and deceived the court and my family into believing he visited me just before the hearing. Ultimately I hired a new firm and got better results. Maybe this firm is only good for local cases because I was in Philadelphia. In Philly you have to have a respected, experienced and recognized lawyer, they just bullied Richard and he didnt fight back. So yeah, bad services out of town. I believe he gave up knowing that and jus took the money out of greed..

Richard Roberts is an outstanding professional. He doesnt over promise but does over deliver. Hes a transparent representative. Id recommend him 10 times out of 10. His accolades are earned and well deserved.

I dont even know were to start but between attorney Roberts and his paralegal miss.rose. The only way I can describe them is that they are the dream team. Attorney Roberts knows more about the laws then most court Rooms do. There is a reason why he specializes in the stuff he does, because he is phenomenal at what he does he is worth every penny, I would recommend Giaramita Law 100% to anybody.

This law firm gets things done! Attorney Richard Roberts Jr is very professional, personable, informative and his communication skills are stunning! I know he's busy, but he will make time and makes you feel that whatever case he takes on, he takes it as if it were his own personal matter! He is fair and has a great personality! I have been working with him for a few years and in that time I've never felt like just a "client!" Rich and Rose are the attorney/paralegal dream team!
