Our family has been utilizing Bills expertise in addiction since 2012 for a family member. We did not utilize his intervention services. However, we depended upon his comprehensive and dynamic guidance as a coach not only for our addicted family member but to assist the entire family through this trauma as needed. His compassion, availability, reliability and follow-up exceeded our expectations. His non-judgemental approach of treating each individual with dignity was so necessary and appreciated during these difficult times. He is an extremely vigorous and resourceful individual which was imperative whenever a crisis would arise. He was in constant contact with us regarding our family member as well as an invaluable advocate for the entire family.
