We called GI Plumbing when our hot water tank broke four days after our baby was born. Joe came out ASAP once he knew this and was very prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a new hot water tank within the hour. We will always call Joe and GI Plumbing now. 10/10 recommend!

Tim did a great job! He was really thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. Our issue is fixed with warranty for peace of mind. Will definitely be using GI Plumbing in the future when needed.

Tim and the GI Plumbing crew saved my basement! My crawl space was at the top, the sump pump quit working and we were bracing for the next flash flood of the day. If Tim hadnt shown up when he did, drained the water from the crawl space and fixed the sump pump, our basement would have been a total loss. He also made a stressful situation much more bearable. He came back the next day to check on things and reinforce the pump, as well as to bury the piping outside. GI Plumbing continues to impress! Service: Drain cleaning
