Sent Keystone what I wanted in a handicapped van. They found two of them in their inventory. All communication regarding price & condition was via email. Paid for & picked up van; no issues. Very easy to work with!!

Working with a family-oriented and family-owned business is such a blessing. We had never expected to need a wheelchair van, but that is what happened to us in July. The closest mobilty vehicle dealers to us were at least 2.5 hours from home. We were quickly overwhelmed and more than a little frustrated as we tried to figure out what we needed and how to pay for it. We found KCW and made an appointment to see a used Honda Odyssey that we were sure would meet our needs. When we got there we learned that we had more questions than answers. Don walked us through a lot of options and gave us a ton of help and info without pushing to make a sale. He knew we were rookies and that we were cost-conscious. He showed us why the Honda *could* work, but also took the time to show us a downfall for out particular need. I'll paraphrase, but basically he said, "I will sell this to you, but I don't think you'll be happy. You're being careful with your budget. I get it - it is a lot of money. You should look at a Toyota before you make a final decision. I don't want to sell you anything you do not want." He was 100% correct. Being new to having a child in a wheelchair and overwhelmed by all that can entail, we needed more help than we realized when it came to making the right vehicle choice. That choice ened up being a new Toyota van. Don was super helpful and patient as we changed our focus and worked to finalize the deal. Our only regrets: 1) we didn't go to KCW to start with and 2) that Don & company are not closer to where we live. It was a 350 mile trip (each way), but it was well worth it.

When we were in the need to purchase a mobility van, we had no idea of where to start looking. We passed by Keysone Mobility Works many, many times. We decided to contact them. It was the best decision we made. There were no high pressures to buy a high priced van. Don showed and explained the various types of mobility vans that were available and the methods to secure the wheelchair in the van. Don, Ed and the others are very knowledgeable and empathetic about the needs of wheelchair users and their families. Keystone Mobility Works is a family owned business and they also have a family member who uses a mobility van. Don, Ed and the others helped us through the whole process of obtaining a van. It was a big relief for all their help. We would highly recommend Keystone Coach Works for anyone who is looking to purchase a van.
