        Fantastic service! I emailed late Friday night about a potential HVAC gas leak and quickly got a response from Alexandra. Early Saturday morning she emailed me with prices, fully disclosing that weekends were $60 more for diagnosis and that some parts if needed may not be available until Monday. By noon an extremely smart and kind man named Dan arrived, thoroughly checked all possible spots for gas leaks, and at my request serviced the unit. The gas issue may have been caused by a wonky flame, now cared for. My aging unit was cared for and found fully serviceable (no sales pitch to upgrade!), and he installed a thermostat as well, as mine was only disclosing the first digit of late. Highly recommend!
