Great place. Convenient location, apartment was clean and ready to move in quickly, neighbors are kind. Julie was awesome and continues to be a great help with anything I need.

Not a horrible place but it definitely turned me off from the apartment scene for the foreseeable future. Walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin, you can feel your neighbor walking next door and you can hear your downstairs neighbor sneeze. $1k for a one bedroom apartment was pretty pricey. Only two windows per unit and it doesn't matter which building you're in, the apartment feels like a dark cave. There's a single washer and dryer in the basement of each building in the dank dark basement, but you're better off just going to the laundromat down the road. Maintenance was typically timely, except for when we had an animal in our wall for months and nothing was done about it despite multiple maintenance requests. I will give kudos for the AC/furnace though; it sounds like a beast when it turns on but it was soooo nice having whole unit AC and forced air heat. Parking was also not bad, it's a pretty big lot so you never have trouble getting a spot but some parts of the lot flood pretty badly when it rains. Also, be wary if you look at a place along the creek; the trolley goes by every 20 minutes and it can be pretty loud but you can learn to tune it out pretty quickly. Overall not a bad place as long as you don't have a grumpy old lady beneath you or neighbors that play darts on a shared wall or if you like seeing sunlight or like having a convenient way to wash your laundry.
