OKeeffes Tree Service Reading

I did not use this business,why.... I looked at the reviews and called and spoke to Carl. Scheduled an appointment with him, rearranged my schedule to accommodate the time we spoke about. The time came and went, no call, no show! Where I was brought up, the least that he could have done was call and said he was running behind schedule, schedule for another day, something. So I would imagine all the professionalism that is shown on the site and or all the reviews are full of .....hot air. Oh yeah, then when I call back no one calls back either. So to the client considering this company, I have only two words for you, GOOD LUCK.

I'm very disappointment with this company. I don't even think that they deserve one star, I had to to get into this review. I made an appointment with Carl on Tuesday, October 19th for Thursday October 21st. He said he would be at my house between 5:30 and 6:30 to do an estimate on some tree work that I need to have done. Well to make a long story short, he didn't call or show up! Don't waste your time with these people!
