GK Sanitation Garbage Collection

I have had GK Sanitation for my trash pick up for the past 2 years. They by far have the best trash service I've ever had, prompt and consistent! They're also the best priced around the area. I usually don't rate and post but GK deserves the recognition! Keep up the good work!!

FYI I totally forgot putting my trash can out last night. My wife woke me up asking if I took the trash out I jumped up to take it out... The GK sanitation truck just pulled around the corner before I even got outside.. I think he saw me as I walked around the house to get the trash can. He weighted until I took the container to the curb for him to collect it.... My previous trash haller would of never done that not now not ever.

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Nobody responds to your phone calls 99% of the time, they tell you someone will get back to you and they never do. The owner of the company refuses to take our garbage because the tenants who lived in the house before us didn't pay their bill. So pretty much I'm being refused services for someone else not being financially responsible. Nobody called me to tell me we were not going to receive services and so I kept putting my trash outside each week waiting for them to collect it. Poor communication on their part and lack of customer service. Now I know why people warned me not to use their company
