Hi Trisheena. We are a bit confused about this review because it seems inaccurate. When you and the student under your account took the first free lesson which was offered to you, you saw the value of our service. This is the reason why according to your actions you enrolled in the first place. According to your actions, you made your first payment to enroll and register. According to your actions, you signed and agreed to the 52 lesson program because you saw how our service would benefit the student. You also made this decision to enroll for 52 classes so that you can take advantage of a discount deducted off your registration. The definition of an agreement according to google dictionary is negotiated and typically legally binding arrangement between parties as to a course. An agreement is a contract which you agreed. No one forced you to agree. According to our records, we did cancel your agreement upon your request before the agreement expired. We are unable to deliver quality service to you due to the fact that the student was inconsistent in her attendance. How can we deliver quality service if the student is not always there to receive it? We canceled your agreement because we didn't want to continue charging you for a service that the student is not consistent in going to. We didn't have to cancel it but we did because we were trying to be nice. For whatever true reason it is, we are sorry that you felt unhappy. However, we live in a world that we cannot satisfy everyone no matter what we do or how hard we work. In the future, remember that in any business transaction where your signature is required, it is always a proof of acknowledgment. They would never ask for a signature if it wasn't. Be well.
