The first time we contacted Jim was a Sunday night around 9pm and he answered!!! Jim went out of his way to help us with our pre-approval, mortgage application, and was there through settlement to make sure we felt comfortable with all of the documents being signed. He was dedicated, professional, personable, and as first-time buyers, he really made this such an exciting and seamless experience.

I highlyrecommend Summit Mortgage Company! Anne Marie at Summit is wonderful! She is very helpful, knowledegable and friendly! She made sure to go over each step of the mortgage process with me as well as to remind me to get forms and paperwork and other pertinent items to her as soon as i could. Her friendly personality and attention to detail make for a terrific experience. What more could you ask for?
