I highly recommend Bill Eaves as the probate realtor to handle any estate properties. He is extremely responsive to questions and issues that may arise. He responds promptly via phone, text, and email. In today's world, it is very hard to actually have someone call you back, which he does in a very professional manner. He also coordinates with the estate attorney as appropriate. It was a very satisfying experience at a time when there are many complex factors in closing the estate.
