Jay made such a great effort to fit us into a busy schedule, and he & his colleague went right to work on identifying and fixing the problem. After exploring multiple possible issues, he discovered the problem, which he took the time to explain, and had the situation resolved quickly. We had a issue with our new house. Jay came out to fix our issue and then was able to expand on some areas of the home and what we could do. We ended up getting more work done with a great price. The team he brought was done within hours for a project that would normally take a full day.
