    If I could give them a 0 I would. This place is terrible. I recently added dental insurance to my Aetna medical plan and this place was listed as accepting my insurance. I called to make an appointment and should have been suspicious by how many available appointments they had as soon as next day. But I made an appointment and gave them my insurance over the phone. I got there and waited 35 minutes to be seen, then another half hour to take X-rays, then waited to see a hygienist and again to see the dentist. 2 Hours later my teeth were still not cleaned which is all I wanted done. They told me I had to wait for a consultation or they could call me to go over it. Or if I wanted to pay the $493 they would do it then and there (my insurance covered a cleaning, x rays and exam). I left because I had only allotted about an hour for the appointment (no one told me otherwise and I have never been at a dentist for more than that) and I only wanted a free cleaning that my insurance covers. They had even included the cost of a water pic they wanted me to buy from them (which was above the 493). I told them them I only wanted the cleaning and they said they can. not do that. What a racket!!!! I felt like I was at a sales pitch for just getting my teeth cleaned. And the worst part was that I was not told any of this over the phone when I called to make the initial appointment. I guess that is a way for them to charge for exams because people do not know any better. This was a complete waste of my time!!!!! And now have waisted my covered exam and X-rays on a place I will not be going to. This place should be shut down for manipulation and depiction!

    As a patient going in for a routine check up x-ray and cleaning I was very disappointed at not receiving all services requested. I received High quality, x-rays, and a visit with the dentist but Because I needed A LITTLE additional localized scaling in one quadrant of my mouth they refused to give me the general cleaning that my insurance covers that I asked for And WOULD NOT allow me to schedule the additional scaling at a later date without Putting down a deposit. I walked out with no routine cleaning. Their main objective for their patients is to pitch them as many products as possible, qualify them for Thousands of dollars in financing and get them to put some money out of pocket For every Visit. That is their goal.Period! Im going back to private practice where I am serviced and not pressured to buy EVERYTIME!

    2024, FOLKS, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE IN ALL WAYS. 1/14/24, a year ago Aspen advertisement state "We will do whatever it takes to make you smile." However, now, they no longer use that slogan. A year ago, I gave them my business on that deception. Stay Away Folks. 8/28/23: Late yesterday afternoon, I received the cost of converting the lower denture to an implant. The price for the conversion is $10,948. I feel this was a "bait and switch." ASPEN DENTAL wanted to charge me $450 back in April for being "Tounged-tied" to now $11,000 for a total of $17,000 to get my life back. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income. If I had known all this, I would never have gone for the dentures. As of 8/22/23, I tried three times to reach the Regional Manager (GM) Nicole without success. So, I continue this six-month nightmare with ASPEN DENTAL, which affects me daily. FOLKS, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO OR USE ASPEN DENTAL!! They have NO customer service skills, nor do they care about patients. Oh, BTW, the 20% summer sale is available all year; beware. On 8/15/2023, I went to the Andorra ASPEN location, and the doctor found I had NO bone within my lower jaw. He performed a 3-D scan of my lower jaw, meaning there was no way the dentures, especially the lower denture, would ever stay put. So, the bottom line is that I need my lower denture converted to a four-screw implant. No one did a 3-D scan at the BENSALEM ASPEN office, and I was unable to and could not make an informed consent for my treatment plan. If I had learned this significant factor of no bone in my lower jaw at the beginning of my treatment, I would not have paid $6,000+ for this pain and suffering. I have gone over six months without my life as I once knew it, still unable to eat, smile, or enjoy my life with a great partner who endures with me every waking minute. 8/11/23, I spoke with the RM on 8/10, and they are asking me to go to another office to work with this Dentist on Tuesday the 15th. I am hoping to get my life back. I have not reviewed it since June because ASPEN has done nothing since I contacted the Attorney General's office. They were super friendly during visits but not helpful regarding my ability to wear my dentures to eat or find any solace in dealing with my ability to wear or eat with them. Almost every day, I see/hear ASPEN commercials stating, "They will do anything to make you smile." Not accurate in my experience; they have not done to help make me smile. Not to go on with my saga about ASPEN DENTAL since I left with the dentures in February. I left the office that day to learn about my life with dentures. It is now July 28th, 2023, and I cannot eat, dealing with a deepening depression due to not being able to enjoy the last years of my life with my life partner. Wednesday, June 21, well, they were back to poor leadership. My appointment was at 0800, the first one in the door, yet after 35 minutes of waiting, sitting in that uncomfortable chair, I left, and it's now set for Friday the 23rd. I will update you all after that visit. With no contact by the end of May or the beginning of June, I decided to end this daily nightmare I was living, and I did it on my own. From April 3rd, I still never heard from Aspen. So I requested what I paid upfront and got my "Comfortable set of dentures," Although, for eight weeks, I never heard from the BENSALEM ASPEN office. I got premium dentures on June 8th; since I initiated my first contact, the BENSALEM ASPEN office has treated me differently. Hmm, maybe it is these reviews or perhaps the PA's A.G. office that requested both sides' info and let me know if I continue to have problems with care. I can state this with facts because I am experiencing this nightmare daily of being unable to receive my dental records and X-rays. FOLKS, I WANT MY LIFE BACK!
