Bright Beginners Academy

Our amazing 3 year old Autistic son was in the care of his Grandmother since he was 6 weeks old. We struggled with the thought of putting him in the care of others when it came time to putting him in school. We tried a different school at first that wasnt very equipped to handle his needs. We stumbled upon BBA and after the very first tour we were convinced that this was the place for our son. The structure, the curriculum, the care and attentiveness our son has received from day 1 has been nothing short of exceptional. Our son has a bit of a communication barrier however, in the short time he has been at BBA his vocabulary and communication is soaring beyond our expectations. He talks about his teachers, and talks about school every second he is home. Our experience thus far has been amazing. We are so excited to be part of the BBA family. To the incredible people that take care of our boy every day, we thank you! You are making a difference for our family and we appreciate it.

They are so welcoming of all kids, regardless of need or ability! My son has grown so much in the few shorts months of attending. He has had rapid language development, and has potty trained so quickly with the help of the teachers! This school has been a great fit for my son!

Our nine-month-old son started here two months ago after pulling him out of a neighboring daycare. Our lives have greatly improved! We feel so much better knowing our son is well cared for during the day and his teachers are on the same team as my husband and I. Communication between classroom teachers and the director are on point, bottles and sheets/blankets are washed in house, most days include outdoor play, some food is provided, songs are played on repeat to help with recognition and development (Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes is a favorite!) but most importantly, we've seen a great improvement in our son's development and behavior. He's so incredibly happy to see everyone at drop off and occasionally will show signs that he wants to stay with his teachers just a bit longer at pickup. I find that a promising sign that things are going well :)
