I paid $225 for 4 small rooms of "deep cleaning pkg with enzyme treatment." They told me it'd need 6-8 hours to dry. It wasn't dry until 4 days later. I saw the same stains come up so I called the owner David. He said he'd talk to his crew and get back to me. When he called back he said he'd like to come out and do another rinse. No one showed up for that appointment. No one answered my phone calls. No one answered my texts. That was weeks ago. I'm not sure they even used any cleanser at all! UPDATE: Same day I posted this I got a call from the owner who left a message saying he'd like to re-do the treatment. I left him a voicemail and an email a few days ago with 4 different day/times that would work for me and he still hasn't answered! Service: Pet stain & odor removal

The best in the business. Had DC Carpet Care clean our carpets and vents. The crew was very professional. We will have them back out next time. Highly recommend their service.
