Mr Joe Litvak has been both a mentor and a caring attorney, in walking Nancy and I through the process of "Bankruptcy" . He made himself available both on the phone and in his office to discuss any problems or issues that we had in a process that turned out to be longer than we thought, as well as, personally more emotional than we thought it would be.
He made himself available at anytime including the evenings providing the required time and patience in working with us.
Since this involved a business, Joe help us with how to apply this business to our bankruptcy, as well as, what to expect in filing out our taxes.
His ability and "know how" in navigating us through this complicated and confusing process, help us understand how we could move on with our lives and start over again.

I was so nervous to do bankruptcy but I found Mr. Litvak on Google doing research. I spoke with him prior to deciding on a bankruptcy lawyer and he told me what I needed to start the process then get back to him at my convenience. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made! He is absolutely phenomenal. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and was extremely affordable! There were no " hidden charges" and he explained every single detail up front. My bankruptcy was complete in about 4 months and he was there every step of the way. He did not hesitate to answer phone calls or emails and was extremely professional in every aspect. I HIGHLY reccomend him and only can wish he was a divorce lawyer as well!
