        This water authority is a prime example of worthless employees that do the bare minimum daily and collect their wages but demand that they are under paid and work too hard. Yet they do get raises that show up in homeowners water / sewage bill. It's all in house, nothing will ever be done about it.

        I want to thank the crew from BF Municipal for their quick response to a broken water line in front of my house on Jan 17th. It was a holiday , cold and lots of snow. I was not home , my neighbor contacted me and told me water was flowing down the street.and that another neighbor contacted the water company. Because of the weather My neighbor could not find out anything. I found the emergency number and Andy could not have been more helpful explaining what he knew. Thank you all...job well done.
